HOW TO GET MY PARTS AFTER I ORDER ?

Design and Engineering Assessment

After we get your order, our engineers double check the client's product design to ensure manufacturability including product design complexity, and production feasibility to make sure the parts goes well during manufacturing. if any questions we will keep you informed ASAP.

Material Preparation & Processing

Normally, material of the product will be decided by the customer, as different materials will have different cost, impact and characteristics, so please make full consideration when you choose the material for your product based on your product detail requirements.

Manufacturing Process & Progress Report

Each machining process has its unique operational procedures and technical requirements, in order to make you fully understand the whole processing, we will send a detailed progress report every week to let you know the actual situation of every machining step.

Post-Processing after machining if it's needed

Some products have post processing request after manufacturing, such as polishing, painting, anodizing or other surface treatments, While, there are many products will just leave it as machined. it all depends on the customer and the product detail requirements.

Strict Quality Control & Inspection Report

We will check the part in each step of machining process, a final inspection is conducted after part is finished to ensure the product's functionality and quality meet the client's requirements. Additionaly, we will send a detailed Inspection report to the customer to keep it in record.

Secure Packing & Shipping

We use carton box, wooden box and other professional packaging materials and methods to ensure your products are safe and undamaged during transit. We partner with top-tier logistics providers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS to ensure timely, safety and damage-free delivery of your products.
